寿命不是选材选出来的,是四件事一起做出来的Long life comes from four things done together, not from material choice alone

同类产品往往只解决"耐磨",但高温工况下的失效大多来自烧损、变形、脱落与结构提前终止。我们把四条技术线捆在一起设计。 Competing products usually address abrasion alone, yet most high-temperature failures come from burn-through, deformation, detachment and premature structural failure. We design all four lines as one.

自研专用材料Proprietary Materials

DSYG8-21 耐高温外壳材料、DSYH900 激光熔覆难熔耐磨金属、DSYH600 中温耐磨料、DSE15 钨合金柱钉,按温度区间分别配材。 DSYG8-21 high-temperature shell alloy, DSYH900 laser-clad refractory wear metal, DSYH600 for mid-range temperatures and DSE15 tungsten-alloy studs — matched to each temperature band.

耐磨防烧防变形Anti-Burn & Anti-Deformation

热应力定向释放技术防止变形影响布料矩阵,无受力联接焊缝设计防止热裂纹,长鹅头设计避开接口高温区烧损。 Directional thermal-stress release prevents distortion from disturbing the charging matrix; load-free weld joints stop thermal cracking; the extended gooseneck keeps interfaces out of the hottest zone.

精准布料与降碳Precision Charging & Decarbonization

整流扁平出口控制料流厚度与方向,料环带宽度不发散。配合布料矩阵优化可拓宽冶炼平台,实测均降焦比约 3%。 A rectified flat outlet controls stream thickness and direction so the burden ring stays tight. Combined with matrix optimization it widens the smelting window, cutting coke rate by about 3%.

深层防磨与现场修复Deep Wear Protection & On-Site Repair

耐磨钉结构让耐磨层深入基体,溜槽可耐磨厚度达 120~150mm;中低合金基体可用 DSYH-2000 现场堆焊补强甚至补块。 Wear-stud structures drive the protective layer into the substrate, giving chutes 120–150 mm of usable wear thickness; low-to-medium alloy bodies accept on-site DSYH-2000 overlay repair or patching.

技术验证Validation

结论来自炉子,不是来自宣传册Conclusions come from the furnace, not the brochure

矩形截面溜槽布料时,炉料落点圆周偏心远小于半圆截面(落点半径最大相差 0.79 米),瞬时流量圆周分布曲线也更贴近平均流量曲线。这是我们选择前方后圆与扁平出口结构的依据。 With a rectangular section, circumferential eccentricity of the burden landing point is far smaller than with a semi-circular one (up to 0.79 m difference in landing radius), and the instantaneous flow curve tracks the mean much more closely. This is the basis for our front-square/rear-round and flat-outlet designs.

相关成果已在中国金属学会炼铁学术会议发表,并取得日本发明专利授权(特許第7745935号),韩国在审。 The results have been presented at Chinese Society for Metals ironmaking conferences and granted a Japanese invention patent (特許第7745935号), with a Korean application under examination.

原装进口溜槽规定 6 个月更换,高工况下曾出现仅 4 个月的情况。2018 年 9 月试用我方第 3 代产品,承诺低于 12 个月不予结算;试用 10 个月拆检后即被指定为唯一使用产品。 The original imported chute required replacement every 6 months, dropping to 4 under severe conditions. Our 3rd-generation product entered trial in September 2018 with a "no payment below 12 months" commitment; after a 10-month inspection it was designated the sole approved product.

十座高炉溜槽功能承包Function contracting across ten furnaces

鲅鱼圈 4038m³ 曾连续两次在 5 个月突发失效、紧急休风。第 2 代产品试用 9 个月中途下线检查,外壳完整、变形与磨损量都小,最终达 18 个月。现已扩展为本部 8 座 + 鲅鱼圈 2 座的功能承包合作。 The 4038 m³ furnace at Bayuquan suffered two sudden failures at 5 months, forcing emergency blow-downs. Our 2nd-generation chute was inspected at 9 months with the shell intact and minimal wear, ultimately reaching 18 months. The relationship has since grown into function contracting for 8 furnaces at headquarters plus 2 at Bayuquan.

精准布料带来的节能降碳Energy and carbon savings from precision charging

原供应商溜槽平均寿命 195 天,且 90 天需下线修复,曾发生衬板翻起被迫休风 5 小时的事故。换用新型精准布料溜槽后,料流宽度收窄 33%,煤气利用率与燃料比同步改善。 The previous supplier's chute averaged 195 days and needed off-line repair at 90 days; one liner lift-up forced a 5-hour blow-down. After switching to our precision chute, stream width narrowed 33% while gas utilization and fuel rate both improved.
