The sintering single-roller system is in service at Ansteel, Valin, Rizhao, Yingkou, Kunming Steel and Yueyufeng. HPGR repair serves pelletizing plants including Baowu Zhanjiang, Yueyufeng and Kunming Steel.
沙钢 5860m³ 高炉是我国最大高炉,原装 PW 公司进口溜槽,常规为中高温工况,使用寿命 6 个月。最长一次使用 9 个月时,溜槽状态已非常严重,处于引发事故休风的边缘,为此规定溜槽更换周期为 6 个月。出现高工况时,甚至有溜槽使用寿命仅 4 个月的情况。 Shagang's 5860 m³ furnace is the largest in China. It ran an imported PW chute with a 6-month service life under medium-to-high temperature conditions. On the one occasion it reached 9 months, the chute was in such poor condition that it sat on the edge of an incident-driven blow-down, so the replacement cycle was fixed at 6 months. Under severe conditions, life fell to as little as 4 months.
2018 年 9 月,沙钢采购试用我司已在鞍钢使用成功的第 3 代溜槽产品。我方承诺使用寿命低于 12 个月不予结算,质保寿命 18 个月。试用 10 个月时溜槽拆下检查,评估可安全使用至 18 个月,沙钢即时指定我司溜槽为唯一使用产品。 In September 2018 Shagang purchased our third-generation chute for trial, already proven at Ansteel. We committed to no payment below 12 months with an 18-month warranty. Inspection at 10 months confirmed it could safely run to 18, and Shagang immediately designated our chute the sole approved product.
试用溜槽使用至 18 个月时更换,检查发现仍有 4~6 个月安全使用寿命。为确保稳定可靠、留足安全裕口,双方仍将更换周期定为 18 个月,合作至今。目前仍使用本公司第 3 代产品。 When replaced at 18 months, the trial chute still held 4–6 months of safe life in reserve. To keep a margin for reliability, both sides settled on an 18-month cycle, and the partnership continues on our third-generation product today.
该高炉溜槽为超温工况。2010—2011 年连续出现 2 次溜槽使用 5 个月时突发失效、紧急休风更换。原使用情况:溜槽使用 3~4 个月即出现外壳烧损炸开、尾板裂开、纵梁上拱角度大于 2°,对布料料流造成影响;另一种失效形式是纵梁与鹅头连接处断裂,折弯角度大于 2°,继续使用有突发失效风险。 This furnace runs above design temperature. In 2010–2011 chutes twice failed suddenly at 5 months, forcing emergency blow-downs for replacement. Typically at 3–4 months the shell burned through and split, the tail plate cracked and the longitudinal beam arched more than 2°, disturbing burden flow; in another mode the beam-to-gooseneck joint fractured with more than 2° of bend, leaving continued use at risk of sudden failure.

Inspected at 9 months, the shell remained fully intact with minimal deformation and wear, and it went on to reach 18 months.

A chute on the 2580 m³ furnace at headquarters reached 28 months. Third-generation product is in service today.

Each has an effective volume of 4150 m³, 38 tuyeres and 4 tapholes, with a 10,500 mm throat and 14,200 mm hearth.
7#、8# 高炉曾选用国内某厂家的布料溜槽,平均使用寿命 195 天,且约 90 天需下线进行耐磨修复。由于溜槽工作状况无法从外部直接观察,只能通过定修时的磨损损坏情况判断。 Both furnaces previously ran a domestic chute averaging 195 days in service and requiring off-line wear repair at around 90 days. Since chute condition cannot be observed from outside, it could only be judged from wear and damage found at scheduled maintenance.
经常出现耐磨衬板磨损脱落,严重时落料点位置磨穿;还有溜槽本体变形,严重时溜槽本体与托架一同变形,更换时需将托架臂切割、与布料器一并更换。2022 年 10 月 14 日 7# 高炉溜槽衬板翻起事故造成被迫临时休风 5 小时,该溜槽仅在线使用 3 个月。 Liners frequently wore and detached, in severe cases perforating at the impact point; chute bodies distorted, sometimes together with the support bracket, forcing the bracket arm to be cut and replaced along with the distributor. On 14 October 2022 a liner lift-up on 7# forced a 5-hour unplanned blow-down after only 3 months in service.
2022 年 4 月 15 日新设计制造的布料溜槽安装于 8# 高炉;2023 年 1 月 16 日在 7# 高炉使用。溜槽设计寿命 12 个月以上,重量较原溜槽减轻约 1 吨,积窝衬板可耐磨厚度达 120~150mm。 The newly designed chute was installed on 8# on 15 April 2022 and on 7# on 16 January 2023. Designed for over 12 months of service, it weighs about one tonne less than the original, with 120–150 mm of usable wear thickness in the pocketed liner.

检修吊盘于 2021 年 1 月首次应用于包钢 6# 高炉(2500m³)中修。高炉停运一天的损失远高于检修装置本身的费用,所以工期就是效益。 The maintenance platform was first applied in January 2021 on the mid-campaign reline of Baotou Steel's No. 6 blast furnace (2,500 m³). A day of lost production costs far more than the equipment itself, so schedule is money.
工期从 80 天减少到 70 天。施工队按每提前一天 10 万元的标准,获得奖励 100 万元。 The schedule fell from 80 days to 70. At the agreed rate of RMB 100,000 per day saved, the contractor earned a bonus of RMB 1 million.

通过多次检测风口小套冷却水进出口温度:改造前冷却水正常升温为 6-8℃ 之间;改造后,同流量下降低冷却水温升约 2-4℃。 Repeated measurement of the cooling-water inlet and outlet temperatures shows a normal rise of 6–8 ℃ before modification, falling to about 2–4 ℃ at the same flow afterwards.
