篦板、单辊转子、导槽体、下料斗四部分整体长寿化。最高工况 950℃,堆焊层 800℃ 下仍保持 HRC60 以上。 Grate plates, rotor, guide chute and hopper upgraded as one system. Up to 950 ℃ service; the overlay retains HRC60+ at 800 ℃.

四部分整体长寿化,不做单点替换The whole system upgraded, not a single part swapped

单辊破碎机系统包括篦板、单辊转子、导槽体及下料斗(含环冷机给料溜槽)四部分。工况温度最高可达 950℃,过料量大、矿料冲砸严重,常见问题是寿命短、更换频繁。只有同时具备耐高温、耐磨、抗冲击三项特性,才能真正降低检修频次。 The single-roller crusher system comprises grate plates, the rotor, the guide chute body and the hopper (including the ring-cooler feed chute). Service temperature reaches 950 ℃ with heavy throughput and severe ore impact, so short life and frequent replacement are the norm. Only heat resistance, wear resistance and impact resistance together can genuinely reduce maintenance frequency.

五项核心技术:专用防磨材料、硬面薄层全堆焊(隔层工艺将熔深控制在 1mm 以内,阻隔表面裂纹不延展到基体)、基体应力释放控制、基体强度控制、变形控制。 Five core technologies: dedicated anti-wear material; thin-layer full hard-facing with an interlayer process holding penetration under 1 mm so surface cracks never reach the substrate; substrate stress-release control; substrate strength control; and deformation control.
